I am Liana. I have spent fourteen years as a spiritual teacher, and far longer as a vessel for the codes and transmissions of the Lemurian grid. I live on Kauai – the Garden Island, the oldest of the Hawaiian islands — where Lemurian energy is held

How are the activations delivered?
As recorded transmissions you can return to as many times as you need. Each activation is to be received in stillness, in a quiet environment, with eyes closed for the activation portions. Many people find their deepest activations occur on the
second or third reception.
Do I need crystals?
Crystals are not strictly required, but amethyst and obsidian crystals are deeply supportive – particularly during Activation Two. If you do not already have them, the program contains guidance on selecting them.
Will I have detox symptoms?
Possibly yes. Many people experience a sore throat, mild liver-area tenderness, fatigue, or other detox-style symptoms during the activation period. These are signs of the work occurring at the cellular level. The Sacred Preparation Guide helps the body process them gracefully.
Do I have to follow the dietary recommendations?
The dietary preparation is not required, but it is strongly recommended. The activation occurs through your physical avatar, and the avatar receives the work more readily when it is properly nourished, hydrated, and free of the substances that interfere with the ether.
