Hi my name is Krystina AKA the Queen of staying in my own fucking lane. What that means is minding my own business and focusing on what I want.

But it wasn’t always like that.

I found Liana Shanti’s teachings a few years ago. I began realizing my life was not exactly how I wanted it to be.

I come from a Latin authoritarian background. So breaking away from that was super hard. The mantra of “family is always family was played out. I wasn’t going allow the mantra to keep me stuck.

Because people who truly love you will support you in whatever you do, not talk about you and judge what you do. That’s not unconditional love.

I could be here for hours saying everything liana has taught me because it’s changed my life that much.

Liana Shanti has taught me what FREEDOM really means. So many people say they know what freedom means but do they really?

Have you ever interacted with someone you’ve never met but feels like you’ve known them forever?

That’s exactly how I felt as soon as I connected with Liana. She poured her love onto me and my family at a time I had no idea what the fuck was going on.

I didn’t know what to do and was in a situation I’ve never encountered before. But with the out pouring love she gives EVERY SINGLE SOUL she speaks to she guided me and my husband through the hardest and darkest time.

At this very moment was the start of my healing journey. It was a huge wake up call. One I’ll never forget but one I’ll forever be grateful for.

Our family didn’t understand because it was “weird” and not the way things should be done. But it wasn’t our responsibility to explain.

Our parenting changed and that ruffled feathers as liana says all the time. All that mattered to me was healing so I could be the most conscious parent I could be. To raise an empowered daughter.
