I found Liana Shanti through my cousin and ALL of her content resonated with me and what I had been looking for my whole life 😻

I listened to her Mother Wound course. It explained SOOO MANY things that have gone on in my life and helped me realize why I was obese. I had to start to take on the role as the parent to myself and start to heal from the things that caused wounding as a child. That program helped me shed about 15lbs of emotional weight I had been carrying around with me.

Then came Lifepath and Health Mastery Institute (HMI) programs. Lifepath helped me go even deeper into the healing and I still use this daily. There is a lot of my childhood that I do not remember but with this program, I have uncovered some of those memories already. It also brought me back to my relationship with Jesus who I knew was there, but was too afraid to accept him in my life until just before I turned 35.

Now, HMI has been the catalyst for helping me heal my body by using food as medicine. This has helped me release the last 30ish lbs (and still counting) since I've been learning how to become a Holistic Wellness Coach. The 66 Day Health Mastery Program has been essential in showing me how to eat properly and cleanse myself safely and effectively.

I tell you all of this because for the past few months, Liana has been slandered with extremely false information everywhere. NONE of it is true!! She gives you the tools to empower yourself to take back your own sovereignty, make decisions yourself and take charge of your own health. I don't understand how that is even possibly a bad thing at all.

I prob would have still been a shell of myself, people pleasing left and right and being walked all over in all of the "friendships" and relationships I had if I hadn't found her when I did. I wouldn't be learning to parent my actual children with unconditional love either. I am immensely grateful and will continue to share the truth.
